Manchester United have already won four penalties in their five Premier League matches this season and scored two of them.
Marcus Rashford netted his second penalty of the campaign to settle a tight victory over Leicester three weeks after he hit the post from 12 yards in the 2-1 home defeat to Crystal Palace.
After the penalty palaver in the second game of the campaign at Wolves - where Paul Pogba took the spotkick even though Rashford had scored a penalty in the opening thrashing of Chelsea - Rashford was the clear and obvious choice to step up against Leicester, since Pogba was out injured with an ankle injury. Pogba, in attendance at Old Trafford on Saturday, filmed Rashford's celebration from his hospitality box.
Rashford won United's penalties against Leicester and Chelsea, while Pogba was upended at Wolves and Scott McTominay tripped against Palace. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer suggested United could have had more penalties, seemingly referring to the challenge on substitute Mason Greenwood at Southampton.
"I think it's the type of players we've got," Solskjaer explained when asked why United have received four penalties already. "They've got quick feet, good skills and most of them haven't even been debatable.
"They've got skills and when we get Antho [Martial] back as well, I'm sure we'll have loads of claims. And with VAR (Video Assistant Referee) you'll get more than you don't."
Eight of Pogba's 16 United goals last season were penalties and the Frenchman missed three against Burnley, Everton and Southampton before he was denied by Rui Patricio at Molineux last month.
United were awarded 12 penalties in the Premier League last term and have already earned a third of that figure. They only won three in 2017-18.

Sorry bro but fred is defensively too weak mctominay is performing so good and young ia getting old..luke shaw is more versatile player than young can sneak into box easily and matai is i think best game controller in the whole squad but he is not performing upto hsi mark... i think the main area united are lacking is right winger and attacking midfielder form last three games ole is playing pogba more defnsievly .. i still remember when ole was signed for care taker manager he gave pogba full freedom and in the short span of two months pogbawas more beautiful than ever.. i think ole need to get pogba to that stance of play and we 'll see what pogba is capable of

Haters go hate but if they complain that we win by penalties, why do they even tackle in the box and give us a penalty. If they don’t tackle,we will score normally so haters please stop complaining,we create more chances than your team that’s why we have a lot of penalties.

Penalty is part the game. It may look simple to score from the spot but it take full mental strength to get it correct. Only those who master the skill do well in taking penalties. Harry Kane is undisputed King of the penalty. Teams that face Spurs are always fearful of Kane's presence. And that's a Bonus for Spurs. Lets hope Rashford will developed into a confident penalty taker for Man U.

Mr ole is running out of mind ,how can you support that football of players who fail to score and wait for penalties to be awarded and how can say that it's because you have that type of players who has good skills knowing that your players have failed in all ways to prove that they play for big team like man United. Winning game by penalties is not what to expect in players but good performances such as creations of chances ,defending well when they're attacked by opponents and try to create those dangerous assists when opponents are misplaced attacked. that's what ole has to improve in his squad so that he qualifies for top four not to wait for penalties like that one they stolen from Leicester city.
