The CEO is there for one important reason: he has the authority to sign off on a transfer agreement. So should the talks go well and PSG accept the most recent offer from Barça for Neymar, it could be made official as soon as today.
Barça have run out of options and this is the best deal they can put together right now. PSG must decide whether they want Neymar out of the door or would rather give him another season to prove his credentials in France.
