Samuel Umtiti has given his opinion on reports linking Antoine Griezmann with a switch to FC Barcelona this summer. The defender is a huge fan of the at present Atletico Madrid star and says he would be delighted to welcome him to the Camp Nou should he decide to leave Madrid.
"Would I be happy if they told me Griezmann was joining Barcelona? Yes. Would he fit in here? Yes. Have I spoken about it with him? No, absolutely not," is what Umtiti said in answering three questions of his own.
"I know he's very happy in Madrid and that things are going well. Atletico is a team which plays for him. In our career, we have to make decisions we later regret.. I don't know. He's happy there, although he could play for any side in the world. The most important thing is that he's happy."

And if you are asking whether i would like to see griezmann playing for barcelona, i'd say yes too.๐ He's an excellent player and i think it would suit both him and barca.๐ฅ In any case, i think it would be a very complicated proposal.๐ Griezmann, you could have left last summer.๐

Price maybe? Griezmann is a 120 if they pay release clause in June, while Jovic is around 60 last I checked. If they want to buy De Ligt in the summer they can't have both expensive options. Other sticking points are griezmann will be 28 and demand 3-4 x the salary jovic would.
