Juanfran bid farewell to Atletico Madrid wearing a retro jersey after his last game for Los Rojiblancos against Levante.

The 34-year-old was the second player to say goodbye to Atletico on a 1990's team shirt, following Diego Godin, who played his last game at Estadio Wanda Metropolitano last week against Sevilla.

After the end of the 2-2 draw at the Estadi Ciutat de Valencia, Juanfran put on the 1991/92 season shirt, which was honoured by players such as Bernd Schuster, Paulo Futre, Roberto Solozabal and Tomas Renones.

Puma was the kitmaker, while the main sponsor to feature in the front of the jersey was the Spanish city of Marbella.

Wearing that shirt Atletico Madrid managed to win a historic Copa del Rey trophy, after beating Real Madrid 2-0 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

Juanfran kissed the Atletico badge while the fans applauded him for one last time, as he is set to depart this summer after 355 games for the club.
