Zinedine Zidane had some special praise for Brahim Diaz after the 19-year-old impressed in Real Madrid's scoreless draw at Getafe.
Minutes have been few and far between for the player since joining from Manchester City in January, but Zidane was happy with what he saw on Thursday.
"I'm happy that he's had a great game," Zidane said afterwards.
"He likes to play and I like the players who play.
"He's not afraid, he uses both feet, he's fast... He played a good game."
Whether or not Brahim will be an important player next season remains unknown, even to Zidane.
"We'll see," he said when asked about the player's future.
"As with [Marcos] Llorente and the others, I like how he plays and that's it.
"We'll see what happens, but the important thing now is what happened today."
Keylor Navas played again and, once more, he impressed, giving Zidane a decision to make about who should be his first-choice goalkeeper.
"Today he played and I chose him because I'm the coach," he said.
"We'll see who plays on Sunday."
Getafe remain in the Champions League places and the Madrid boss sent some praise their way.
"If they're there, then it's for a reason," he explained.
"They're doing very well and we have to congratulate them for what they've done.
"I hope they finish as high as they can."

Am glad Zidane has finally spotted one of my favorites in the squad this season...Asensio, Bale and Isco didnt pose much threat this season the way this boy did with his few minutes under Solari. I can finally say Madrid is the future with Rodrygo on the way.

Since a child, Brahim always had that personality of a top player for his age. I hope he stays in Madrid for longer because madrid needs creativity players at this moment in offensive moments.
