In May 2018 Bale displayed amazing agility to score an overhead kick from the edge of the penalty area to give Los Blancos a 2-1 lead over Liverpool in Kiev.
The Welshman added his second goal and Real Madrid's third in the closing stages as Reds goalkeeper Loris Karius fumbled his long-range shot into the net.
Bale's brace proved decisive in a 3-1 win which earned Madrid their third consecutive Champions League trophy, and now the 30-year-old has tried to replicate his acrobatic effort at home.
In Bale's latest Instagram post he can be sen juggling a small football before hammering an overhead kick into the wall behind him, flinging himself onto his living room sofa.
He then nominated Wales rugby star Sam Warburton to take the test. The caption read: 'My 2.6 challenge for @ velindrecc NHS is complete!
'Now let's see yours @ samwarbs. Make sure you get involved with your own 2.6 challenge today or you can donate to the charity by clicking the link in my bio.'
The 2.6 challenge fundraiser has been launched on the day runners were scheduled to participate in the 2020 London Marathon.
The race is the world's biggest one-day fundraising event, collecting over Β£66.4 million for a variety of charities in 2019.
The Cardiff-born forward has donated Β£500,000 to NHS Wales to support staff during the coronavirus pandemic.
Bale has also contributed β¬500,000 (approximately Β£440,00) for hospitals in the Madrid area.
The Spanish capital has been one of the worst-affected cities in the world since the outbreak, with over 59,000 confirmmed cases and almost 8,000 deaths recorded so far.
