Neto, debuted with Barça in the League in the clash against Espanyol in Cornellà-El Prat, was upset by the final draw.
“It's normal that the result leaves us a bit like this because we could have won the game, but we have to think about what's coming to us,” he said.
The Brazilian did not want to excuse himself by the expulsion of De Jong for the draw.
“They needed a good result and with 10 men it hurt us. I don't think that the expulsion of Frenkie de Jong was key because we are Barcelona, but the important thing is to keep working,” he said.
As for his ownership, Neto did not hide his satisfaction. “I seek to give the maximum in the training sessions and in the matches. I'm happy to play, but not because of the result,” he said. As to whether he sees himself playing the Spanish Super Cup next week, Neto simply stated that “I think of nothing but working, which is what has led me here”.
