The new coach of the Real Madrid first team, Santiago Solari, arrives with his assistant from Castilla and is sticking with Julen Lopetegui's trainer.
Santiago Sanchez, who was also assistant to Zinedine Zidane in the Frenchman's time at Castilla, actually took on the title of 'official' coach since Zidane didn't have the necessary credentials to act as the head coach of the academy.
Antonio Pintus, the physical trainer, continues in the same role.
Manolo Diaz will return to Castilla and a job that he has already held in the past.
He'll be the coach provisionally, until it is known what's happening with Solari and the first team.

Nevertheless let's see what Solari can do,we really need a play maker like Neymar and a striker like mbappe to strengthen the team.

In my humble opinion, the problem is the players and not the coach,, bring two or three players in the name of hazard, Neymar and Icardi, any coach can succeed.
