Roma midfielder Ante Coric has broken his silence to confirm ‘I’m not injured’ after being excluded from preseason training.
Coric has not played a single minute in any of Roma’s friendlies under Paulo Fonseca, prompting the 22-year-old to remark he was being frozen out by the new boss.
“I’m not injured,” he wrote on Instagram.
The Gilallorossi spent €6m to bring in the Croat from Dinamo Zagreb last summer, but he went on to make just three substitute appearances.
Gazzetta dello Sport claims SPAL and Verona are interested in taking him on loan for the season.
