Somewhere in those smaller leagues in Africa or Middle east or Asia there will be someone who has more than him, but obviously that won't be considered coz we all consider players that play in Europe. Remember that time Messi scored 92 goals on one year and people thought that was the highest ever in history, but then the Zambian FA said there was a player who scored 108 goals in 1973 in the Zambian league, and no one ever said anything about that again.
