AC Milan great Arrigo Sacchi has taken aim at champions-elect Inter Milan.
Sacchi has questioned the success of Inter given they're in debt to lenders Oaktree.
He said at his book presentation: "Winning by paying debts it means cheating.
"Is Inter cheating? Yes. There is a tendency to get to the goal by being clever. We need to get out of this situation, otherwise we will always remain in this state of crisis."
He added: "Today we focus everything on tactics, we just wait for the opponent's mistake. The founding fathers invented football as an offensive and team sport, in Italy we have transformed it individually and defensively. We are at a paradox."
