AC Milan have reportedly opened discussions with Robert Lewandowski’s agent, casting further doubt over the striker’s future at Barcelona.
The 37-year-old is widely expected to leave the current La Liga holders as a free agent at the end of the 2025-26 season.
According to Italian journalist Luca Cohen, AC Milan are hoping to position themselves at the front of the queue of clubs hoping to sign the legendary striker.
He claims that the sporting director Igli Tare has met with agent Pini Zahavi to discuss a potential transfer for Lewandowski.
Lewandowski has started this season has he ended the last, scoring four goals in his seven games for Hansi Flick’s side across all competitions.
