Former Inter Milan stopper Daniele Adani has defended Kevin de Bruyne after his strop on Sunday.

De Bruyne threw a wobbler when substituted during Napoli's defeat at AC Milan.

However, on the latest episode of Viva El Futbol, Adani said: "Napoli controlled the match, but Milan won in both areas, where matches are decided. But that's not what we should be surprised by, because Napoli are more advanced and ahead. But there were too many mistakes.

"De Bruyne? He has the right to get angry," Adani continued. "Otherwise, there would have been something strange, given that it was his first appearance at San Siro in a Napoli shirt.

"But these things can be resolved in a matter of seconds. No big deal. (Antonio) Conte's words in the press conference weren't just for De Bruyne, they were for everyone."
