AC Milan manager Massimiliano Allegri has called an emergency meeting with his squad at Milanello following the disappointing 2-0 defeat to Sassuolo.
With only three Serie A matches left, the Rossoneri’s grip on a top-four finish is weakening despite currently sitting third on 67 points, narrowly ahead of Juventus and AS Roma.
Allegri reportedly addressed the players directly and called for a major change in mentality and stressing collective responsibility after a difficult run of form.
He reminded the squad of the effort and intensity shown over the past 10 months and insisted they must now finish the job for the club and the supporters.
While acknowledging the pressure and low confidence within the group, he pushed for unity and focus to avoid a damaging collapse in the final stretch of the season.

It's your fault. The only system you know is the back 3 and 5 min the middle. Even with weaker teams, you tend to be so cautious. Milan feeds on mistakes of opponents or only come to life when they concede.
