Inter Milan head coach Antonio Conte could leave at the end of the season after becoming frustrated with club officials.
As reported by Sky Italia, Conte has become frustrated with the Inter hierarchy's 'soft' management, while he also has concerns regarding the club's activity in the transfer market.
If Conte does depart then he could be replaced by former Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri.
Allegri hasn't managed since his departure from Juventus last year.
Inter finished in second place in Serie A this season, one point behind champions Juventus.
Conte's side are still involved in the Europa League - they will take on Getafe in Germany on Wednesday in the round of 16.
Speaking after Inter's second placed finish in the league was confirmed, Conte criticised the club's hierarchy and said that his work wasn't recognised.
He told Sky Italia: 'It has been a tough year on a personal level, very tough. I don't think the players saw their work recognised, I don't think I saw my work recognised and we all received very little protection from the club.
'We have to grow and improve in all areas, including off the field, and a big club should protect its players more. We'll discuss it all at the end of the season, I have to meet the president (Steven Zhang) and he's in China right now.'
Conte has won 30 of his 50 matches in charge of Inter so far but it appears that his time at the club could be coming to an end.

You can’t blame management for loosing critical games to teams that are at the bottom end of the table

I'd prefer Antonio conte better than the former Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri. it's unfair to take a final judgment about Antonio conte in the first season, that's too crazy. in my opinion, Conte deserves another season to improve himself as coach for Inter Milan.

Conte is good but very full of himself, second place is good but don't put blame on the management. afrerall when you left Juventus, allegri did more better.

what the hell is conte talking about? protection from what? criticism? be a man, why do you need someone to speak up for you. inter did what you wanted. they got you the majority of the players you wanted. you're just making excuses

It would be a mistake if he left. If he leaves Inter would be the team they were 3 years ago

iam one of interisti who doesnt like Juventini. But this is really true. its gonna be a big mess up when inter let Conte leave. What inter should do is giving Conte trust and recognation to build Inter and see what happen in 3 years.

It would be blundering if inter let him go somewhere else because he built a very good team and competitive team this year..In fact one of the best team in Europe, But he didn't get recognized from the board. Inter was one of the strongest team in The world once upon a time but last few years inter has been very normal team even in Italy, Board should feel about their development because of conte.. I'm a Juventus fan but I would like to say that conte deserved respect more.. Conte is one of the best manager in Italy and in Europe

Honestly I couldn’t care less if they kept him or not, but I think if they go of him it will be a huge mistake
