Argentina coach Scaloni seeks to assure Roma star Soule

Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni insists Roma star Matias Soule is on their radar.

Despite his wonderful form with Roma over the past year, Soule is yet to be capped competively by Argentina.

As such, Soule's agent has declared they're exploring the prospect of making himself available to Italy.

But Scaloni insists: "He's in our sights, like many other players we believe can make a contribution.

"He's also with us, as are (Facundo) Buonanotte, (Alejandro) Garnacho, and (Valentin) Carboni.

"They're players we see as having a future in the national team, and we'll call them up as long as we see they have the potential. So that's the idea: they're in our sights like everyone else."
