The Pichichi winner from last year looks as if he will be on his way out of La Liga this summer, afer Artem Dovbyk’s move to Atletico Madrid broke down. The Girona striker reportedly has an agreement with Roma.
According to Matteo Moretto, Dovbyk has told Girona that he only wants to join Roma this summer now. Meanwhile the Giallorossi Sporting Director Florent Ghisolfi has been spotted landing in Girona, presumably to negotiate with Girona.
After Dovbyk’s agent publicly declared that the move was off due to Atletico ‘not offering a serious project’, it appears the Ukraine striker has found one in the Italian capital. The latest was that Roma were considering offering €35m for Dovbyk, plus some variables – he has a €40m release clause.
