Jonathan dos Santos has expressed his desire to see Barcelona captain Lionel Messi make the move to the Unites States to join MLS franchise LA Galaxy in the future.
The Mexican midfielder, who came through Barcelona's youth academy and now plies his trade for the Galaxy, was speaking against the backdrop of Messi's contract coming to a close on June 30.
"It's been a long time since I saw a [Barcelona] game, and I saw the match against PSG," Dos Santos told ESPN.
"I don't know what's wrong with him. Obviously, he's not the same as five or six years ago, but I hope he recovers.
"He's going through a very difficult time.
"It would be incredible to have Messi in MLS. I think he can retire here in the league.
"We will surely see him here in a short time, in two or three years. Hopefully, he will join LA Galaxy."

How many fans have noticed that Messi and Ronaldo scored 18 goals and 3 assist each in Laliga and Serie A this season. These two legend wont enjoy playing football the day one of them retire from football. Hope to see them start coaching Real Madrid and Barca and continue their competition. πππ
