Barzagli: Giuntol a great coup for Juventus

Former Juventus and coach Andrea Barzagli is backing their appointment of Cristiano Giuntoli.

Giuntoli is set to leave Napoli to become sporting director of Juventus.

Barzagli told Tuttosport: "Having a manager who knows football and is good at identifying the right players, as he demonstrated in Naples together with his staff, is a great advantage.

"He will be a great coup for Juve."

Giuntoli is on his way after securing a release from his contract at Napoli.
