Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Granit Xhaka was delighted with their win at Roma.
Bayer won the first-leg of their Europa League semifinal 2-0 last night.
Xhaka told RAI: "We knew it would be difficult, but we played a great game and it's a shame we didn't score more goals.
"We have taken an important step, but we know Roma's strength and we will have to be careful.
"The final is closer, but we know it's not over."

There is nothing to be happy in beating a poor Italian team.

The same team Jose Mourinho beat 1 zero and play goaless draw at Leverkusen stadium.... Jose effect ...... Quote me wrong wit my comment ... This is the last semi final Roma will get to ... Nxt season I don't see them com this far in the Europa League
wrong we need a new right wing back but, the problem is not the coach. Mourinho style maybe wouldn't have lost but, I don't think they could have won. A little work will make this better.
