Rodrigo Bentancur has pledged his commitment to Juventus. “They’re an incredible club. If it was up to me, I’d never leave.”
Juve are reportedly planning to overhaul their midfielder this summer, while Bentancur has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid.
However, the Uruguayan told Corriere dello Sport: “I’m having a great time at Juventus, they’re an incredible club.
“If it was up to me, I’d never leave. I have no reason to. I don’t know anything about Atletico Madrid.
“I read something on social media, but no-one told me anything. I’m happy with my role, I always try to do my bit.
“I recover the ball and feed the attackers. I think last season was positive for Juventus, especially the first six months.”
The 21-year-old has played 67 times for the Bianconeri since arriving from Boca Juniors in 2017, scoring two goals, providing three assists and winning back-to-back Scudetti.

Bentancur is way too young, give him a break. The way he came on the big stage, at that age with a coach who is famous for trashing the worlds best midfields and leaving them crippled, he does well. His potential is massive too, people dont see his technique and his composure but theyll notice soon enough Can is a workhorse and is actually one of the better outfield players (matuidi is done)

I think Benta, Can and Matuidi is a good depth. The underperforming trio can was literally our best player the second part of the season with scsesny The "hard work beats talent" trio That's why they're going to sign Pogba again. At least add some talent and flair with the hard work of others. They’re efficient on they’re own but when they’re all on the pitch, it’s abysmal
