Former Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has revealed that ‘the objective is definitely Serie A’ for Monza.
Berlusconi completed his 100 percent takeover of Monza last month, and the 82-year-old has high hopes for the Serie C side.
“The objective is definitely Serie A,” he said outside the club’s Brianteo stadium.
“We’d like to be a model team, all young and Italian, with lads who are well-educated and loyal on the pitch.
“A derby with Milan in three years? It’s not a dream, I’ve been a Milan fan since birth.”
