Former Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi reportedly paid €2.9m to buy Serie C club Monza.
According to Radiocor, approximately €2.5m was transferred at the time of Monza’s ownership being signed over to Berlusconi.
As for the remaining €400,000, the 81-year-old will pay that to the Colombo family ‘no later than March 27’.
It is a far cry from the €740m he received from selling Milan to Li Yonghong in April 2017, although hedge fund Elliott Management has since taken control of the club.

Monza had one hell of a youth sector back in the day: Daniele Massaro, Pierluigi Casiraghi, Claudio and Pautricio Sala and Luciano Castellini.
