Having put up a stern defence against the Partenopei just days ago, Al Hain-Cole expects Gattuso's side to keep things tight once again in the cup
Milan and Napoli will lock horns once again when they meet at San Siro for Tuesday's Coppa Italia quarter final.
These teams came face-to-face at this ground just three days ago, playing out a goalless draw in Sunday's Serie A clash.
That stalemate means the Rossoneri have now gone nine games without a win over this opposition, but are available at 9/4 (3.25) with bet365 to come out on top at the 10th attempt here.
Carlo Ancelotti lifted the Coppa Italia during a successful spell at San Siro, but can be backed at 5/4 (2.25) to end his former club's chances of more glory by consigning them to defeat on his return.
Sunday's 0-0 draw was the second in succession between these two teams at this ground, and there are odds of 9/4 (3.25) available on this one also finishing up all square.
Krzystof Piatek is set to make his full debut up front after coming on as a late substitute on Sunday, while Cristian Zapata, Mattia Caldara, Lucas Biglia and Pepe Reina remain sidelined through injury.
Vlad Chiriches is the guests' only injury absentee as he recovers from anterior cruciate ligament damage, although they are likely to allow some players a rest and field a rotated line-up.
Ancelotti was sent to the stands during the final minutes of Sunday's draw after reacting angrily to a controversial red card for Fabian Ruiz.
However, this frustration was probably down to his side's inability to break down a defensive opposition as much as the referee's decision, with the Partenopei having now scored just three times in their last five away matches.
Gennaro Gattuso will no doubt employ similar tactics in an attempt to stifle the visitors, and will be fairly confident of keeping things tight considering his defence has conceded just three goals in the last nine domestic matches - including the Supercoppa clash with Juventus.
All in all, odds of 8/11 (1.73) are surely worth backing on Milan ensuring under 2.5 goals for their eighth match in nine, as well as Napoli's fifth consecutive away game.
Odds correct at the time of writing. Please gamble responsibly.

man yeah you r right calhonglu can pass extremely well and from that position he can shoot from outside the box but when he plays from lw he just can't do that.
man i just afraid that we miss this transfer window without sign LW π because Leonardo was just focus about Carrasco how now asking for huge salary and his plan B was Deulofeu who his club asking for a lot of money π°. i wish he try with El Shaarawy he still love Milan and Roma will not ask for huge price π.

Calhanoglu is pure no.10 attacking midfielder π. he's not LW no matter how many times Gattuso use him in that position it will be the same result he's not fast and his dribbling ability not that good either π but his pass skills is out of question so we should buy LW and make Paqueta false no.9 behind Piatek and Suso in the RW and Calhanoglu in the middle with Bakayoko as DMF πͺ.
