Just days after controversially sending Malcom to Barcelona, it is reported Bordeaux are keeping tabs on Roma winger Daniele Verde.
According to L’Equipe, in what would be a remarkable twist of fate, Verde is on Bordeaux’s list of possible replacements for Malcom.
The 22-year-old is back at the Olimpico after spending last season on loan at Verona but could be sold to raise funds and had been linked with Porto.
He is a left-footed right winger like the Brazilian, who initially agreed a transfer to Roma but ended up accepting an 11th-hour offer from Barca.
