Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro has discussed the different ways in which his various coaches have had an impact on him, most notably emphasising the friendly relationship that Santiago Solari and Zinedine Zidane have adopted.
The Brazilian truly established himself under Carlo Ancelotti in the Madrid line-up as Los Blancos went on to end their way for La Decima, yet he believes all of his coaches have qualities have their benefits.
"It would be unfair to single out one coach," he responded to the Brazilian TV channel Esporte Interativo.
"[Jose] Mourinho, Ancelotti, Zidane, Rafa Benitez... Each one had their own important characteristics.
"With Zidane he had a lot of relationships with the players, a father-son relationship. Like a friend.
"Solari does the same, he is being fair to everyone."
Casemiro was honest when talking about the situation that Madrid currently find themselves in, while trying to remain optimistic.
"It's normal for a team to have low moments," he added.
"We're growing now.
"Now comes the most important thing [the Champions League].
"We have tough opponents and we're focussed on winning all of the trophies, but it's hard."
Madrid face Ajax in the second leg of their last 16 tie in the Champions League on Tuesday night and the 27-year-old recognised the importance of taking a 2-1 lead back to the Spanish capital from the first meeting.
"I was not surprised by their performance in the first leg," said Casemiro.
"They had two great games against Bayern Munich.
"We are going to try and play in the same was as in the first leg.
"We didn't have a great game in Amsterdam, but the result was good.
"The important thing is qualifying and it does not matter how that happens."
