Antonio Cassano assures ‘I’m at 110 percent and I always make the difference’ as the former Italy attacker looks to restart his playing career.
“Bologna, Sassuolo, Parma, Torino, but also Empoli and Cagliari… I’d like to play for a team near Genoa, where I live, because I can’t live without my family,” he told Il Mattino.
“There are things that make the difference for a man, like accompanying their children at school.
“Remember [Matias] Almeyda, the Argentine midfielder who played for Parma and Lazio? He stopped for two years and then started again with the River Plate, in a very physical League.
“If I have the opportunity, I always make the difference. I’m at 110 percent: my head and body are fine. As for the feet, I can play until I’m 60!”

The player was a real talent when he started playing football, absolute delight to watch but he managed to destroy himself at the later stage of his career. What a waste!
