Jose Mourinho is one manager who has built a name for himself by using very shrewd tactics in his managerial career
Mourinho's most famous tactic is park the bus where his teams are drilled defensively
It has now emerged that he also showed his players funny videos of fat players to boost their morale after a loss
A former Chelsea player has revealed how Jose Mourinho once showed them videos of fat players after they had lost a game.
Mourinho has always been in the headlines for controversial reasons. From his famous 'park the bus' to 'Special One' interviews, he has lit up the game in more ways than one.
Jiri Jarosik, a former player under Mourinho at Chelsea, has narrated how the Portuguese manager used weird ways to motivate them.
Jarosik explained that Chelsea once lost and the players expected a dressing down from the manager, who is known for telling it as it is.
Mourinho did not scold his players after a loss
As the players huddled in the dressing room, waiting for the head coach to scold them, Mourinho took out his laptop and played a video of fat players falling over.
"But instead, he turned on his laptop, found a couple of funny videos featuring fat footballers or some epic football fails and showed it to us. Everybody laughed and that was that. He didn’t say anything, we just went to training," as quoted by Chelsea News.
Jarosik did not have the best of times in London, as he only featured 14 times before being sent out on loan to Birmingham City. The Czech footballer played as a defender and is now a manager.
Mourinho avoids red card situation hilariously
Sports Brief had earlier reported that a video circulating online has shown AS Roma boss Jose Mourinho hilariously avoiding a potential red-card situation at the end of his side's match against Napoli.
The fiercely contested match ended in Napoli's favour, courtesy of Victor Osimhen's strike 10 minutes from time.
After the final whistle had been blown, a scuffle ensued between players and members of the technical staff. Roma's Rick Karsdorp was particularly infuriated and was putting his point across to the match referee Massimiliano Irrati.

he was probably making a point about fitness. football is a sport in which fitness is huge, particularly at crunch time. like all sports that involve high speed, controlled movement and application of learned skill, if you’re not fit you’re likely not winning.
