Thomas Tuchel's men overcame Saudi Arabian team Al Hilal in the semi finals, while Palmeiras beat African champions Al Ahly.

Chelsea were made to work hard in the semi-final by Al Hilal and another competitive fixture is expected this weekend against a Palmeiras side who will be roared on by thousands of their travelling supporters.
