conte is a very good coach but with policy.. he likes to have total control of the dressing room and total control of the transfer.. he has big ego.. if a player is tough or troublesome like naigollan, icardi. and Diego Costa . he can not work with them. his idea of football is very different from all the manager.. he left juve because he had problem with board about the recruitment of the player @ Chelsea he want to play 352 formation , he can not do it because Chelsea have a lot of wingers, he asked for certain players but Chelsea couldn't sign them like lukaku, he send Diego Costa out of the squad and things get worsen for him .. in inter before he sign he make them known that he don't want to work with icardi and naigollan. although inter have been working on how to sell icardi before.. they had to agree with him because they need someone like conte to come in and revive the team.. but overall conte is a winner
