Davide Ballardini has been named new coach of Sassuolo.
Ballardini has succeeded Alessio Dionisi, who was sacked by Sassuolo on Monday.
The club announced today: "US Sassuolo Calcio announces that it has entrusted Mr. Davide Ballardini with the role of Technical Manager of the First Team until 30 June 2024.
"With him they will become part of the staff of the first team are the collaborators Carlo Regno (assistant coach), Nicola Tarroni (technical collaborator), Daniele Caleca (athletic trainer).
