Di Canio baffled by Inter Milan away form, players not responding to Inzaghi

Paolo di Canio was left baffled by Inter Milan's defeat at Spezia.

Di Canio has questioned whether the players are responding to coach Simone Inzaghi.

He said, "I don't understand the difficulties away from home, Inzaghi also has to contribute something. Is it a team that has become so fragile that it has no mechanisms or is it a problem of attitudes?

"Hands raised, (Romelu) Lukaku looks at the bench, Lautaro (Martinez) takes the penalty dispute... there's a bit of self-management. It's clear that Inzaghi isn't the only problem, but you need a bit of personality to deal with 33-year-old, 34 years old players and with a little fur on his stomach.

"He's very good at managing, Inter need a coach with certain characteristics. Inzaghi doesn't seem able to stimulate the players when the hierarchies have changed.

"(Marcelo) Brozovic became first reserve, Lukaku was a permanent starter and is now playing to rest (Edin) Dzeko. It's not an easy situation to handle."
