Former Juventus and Bologna coach Thiago Motta is in the frame for Adi Hutter's job at AS Monaco.
The Swiss is under pressure after a disappointing start to the season for ASM.
There are suggestions Hutter could be removed by the ASM board during the international break and transfer expert Matteo Moretto is reporting Motta is under consideration.
The former Italy international has past experience in Ligue 1 when he played for PSG.
Along with Motta, former Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic has also been mentioned as a potential replacement for Hutter.
