Figo: I'll celebrate 20th anniversary of my move to Madrid with a good pig head

Luis Figo has joked about eating a pig's head to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his transfer to Real Madrid.

The Portuguese caused a major stir when he swapped Barcelona for Los Blancos and was subject to a pig's head being thrown at him from the stands upon returning to the Camp Nou.

"This summer, it will have been 20 years since you signed for Real Madrid. I imagine you'll celebrate it with a glass of white wine and a good pig's head," said Movistar's Susana Guasch during a video call with Figo.

"I have the pig's head prepared to have this Friday," Figo replied.
