With the arrival of another young player, Florentino Perez set out how Real Madrid continue to plan on achieving what many consider to be impossible.
After the three-in-a-row triumph in the Champions League and the subsequent exits of Zinedine Zidane and Cristiano Ronaldo, Los Blancos are looking to new players to step up in the coming years.
"Each season we know that we have to fight for everything, that is what our history demands of us," the club president told the assembled press at Vinicius' unveiling on Friday.
"The last few years have been wonderful and our fans always want more. We will fight for them, looking for the best talent in the world.
"In this stadium are the 13 European Cups, which show us the way. We are aware that challenges are difficult but to conquer what seems impossible is what we want."
Unlike other Galactico filled summers, this transfer window continues Real's recent focus on youthful talents such as Vinicius.
"Madrid are strengthening the search process for young players who may soon become the main stars of this sport," added Perez.
"I said a few days ago that I was going to reinforce the squad with great players, [Alvaro] Odriozola is that and Vinicius also.
"We've been waiting for him for a long time because he conquered us with his dribbles and his plays, and now he's here."

You made the impossible possible Mr Perez... Letting RONALDO go. And that's the very possible regret you will realise by few months...

Human beings are strange creatures. They want everything in their favour even if affects other people. If Offloading Ronaldo and still staying competitive is an impossible that Perez want to make possible, then how will he feel if Madrid decide to offload him from presidency in other to stop trying the impossibles?
