Former Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio is in talks to terminate his Zenit St Petersburg contract early.
Tuttomercatoweb and Goal.com both report Marchisio is ready to leave Zenit, less than a year after arriving on a free transfer.
The 33-year-old was released by Juve in August 2018 and signed a contract with Zenit until 2020 a month later.
However, continued knee problems have limited him to just 15 games for the Russian club, although he did manage to score twice.
The ex-Italy international is best known for his association with the Old Lady, playing 389 times, winning seven Scudetti and reaching two Champions League Finals.
