'He is ideal neighbour' - Next-door resident reveals details about Ronaldo life

Elizabeth Borel spoke to Italian outlet Corriere della Sera to reveal some details about the daily life of one of Turin’s most popular families.

Cristiano Ronaldo packed his bags in the summer of 2018, leaving Madrid to set up a new life for him and his family in Turin – a city that has shown great affection for him since he joined Juventus.

The Portuguese footballer has enjoyed maximum privacy living in luxury accommodation in an upmarket Turin neighbourhood, which is also home to some of his teammates and club president also live Andrea Agnelli.

However, another of his neighbours, Elizabeth Borel, daughter of Juve legend Felice 'Farfallino' Borel, has spoken to Italian outlet Corriere della Sera to reveal some details about the daily life of one of Turin’s most popular families.

Ronaldo: “an ideal neighbour”

Better known as Betty, she described Cristiano as “an ideal neighbour” due to the fact that he never bothers her with parties or noise.

"I often see him at the wheel of a Rolls-Royce. We see him pass every day, with tinted windows. But in the garage of his house he also has sports cars, like a Lotus. He also has a beautiful indoor pool and a small garden, which is well taken care of with colourful flowers,” Betty explained, before talking about the other members of the Ronaldo family.

"I see Cristiano Junior often wandering with his skateboard, up and down the street that leads to our homes, always with the bodyguards behind. Like the mother, Georgina, who is also followed by a babysitter who helps her with both buggies: one double for twins and one individual.”

Asked if she felt that Cristiano Junior seemed somewhat alone in the big house with no friends, Betty replied: “No, he is often away from home, between the school in the Continassa area and youth training sessions at the Juventus.

“If he would like more friends I have four grandchildren to introduce him to. And there are also the children and grandchildren of the other neighbours, who are about his age.”
