Lorenzo replied, although one goal was ruled offside, he fired in another off the underside of the bar with his weaker left foot.

Andrea Petagna came off the bench and made the most of a Matteo Politano assist to turn the game around completely, although there were some late scares for coach Gennaro Gattuso.
