The former Bayern managers favour an earlier decision that would not only facilitate planning for the next season but also give clarity to current manager Hansi Flick.
Bayern's current president Herbert Hainer recently spoke about the club’s current plan to decide in May whether caretaker manager Hans-Dieter Flick would continue as Bayern’s manager.
While this course of action, making an important coaching decision towards the end of the season, seems pragmatic from the club’s perspective, former managers Ottmar Hitzfeld and Jupp Heynckes do not necessarily think it is the best policy (AZ).
Both spoke in favor of a decision by mid-March, in the middle of Bayern’s Champions League tie with Chelsea. Heynckes said, "In principle, clarity is desirable by mid-March, so that the club and the coach can make arrangements."
Hitzfeld spoke in the same vein, "Early March is ideal, so that both sides can plan and concentrate on what's essential."
A club and its coach need to start planning months in advance for the coming season, as it would allow them to identify the roles that need to be filled and undertake more in-depth scouting of players to fill those roles, especially with a major summer transfer window on the horizon.

first of all woman.. what they said is not an opinion or demand by force. they gave a statement, a request to do so and it's a protocol . the article there says it clearly. if you didn't read it properly than don't write what you don't understand. it would be an opinion if it said " I think or they should " them 2 just need to continue loving there retirement
Happy Easter , have a beautiful holidays

I think Hansi should be kept as coach for next 2 and half years or 3 years as he is doing great job with team and he is also learning this way he will also get good experience and Eric Ten Hag's contract will also expire till then and then Bayern can get him easily.

I personally think Flick deserves a contract beyond this season but we can't deny there are great coaches with no club in the market like pochetino, allegri and ten hag and guardiola might be willing to leave as well
