Rasmus Hojlund is enjoying a new lease of life in Italy and he has taken to social media to remind those of that.
Hojlund joined Napoli on a season-long loan from Manchester United in September - with the deal including an obligation to buy for £38million next summer if certain clauses are met.
The Denmark international, who joined United for £72m from Atalanta in 2023, was deemed surplus to requirements by his parent club after scoring just four Premier League goals last season.
However, Hojlund continues to silence his critics at Napoli and won his first piece of silverware with the club on Monday after winning the Italian Super Cup following a 2-0 win over Bologna in the final.
And celebrating that success on social media, Hojlund took a swipe at United in the process.
Sharing a picture of himself with the trophy he accompanied it with the caption: 'What a great decision looks like'.
Hojlund has scored seven goals in 19 matches for the Italian giants - and was on target in Thursday's Italian Cup 2-0 semi-final win against AC Milan.
The 22-year-old's team-mate David Neres was the hero in the final though as he scored in each half of their win over Bologna.
Neres' 39th-minute opener was a worthy cup winner, his superb left foot shot from 25 meters out curling into the far corner and giving an outstretched Federico Ravaglia no chance in the Bologna goal.
His second showed a different side to his attacking talents, as, with nearly an hour gone, he took advantage of a slack pass from Ravaglia and dispossessed John Lucumi before dinking the ball over the prostrate keeper.
It was the second time the former Ajax and Sao Paulo winger has bagged a brace for Napoli since joining the club from Benfica in August 2024.
The win marked Napoli's third triumph in the competition, following successes in 1990 and 2014.

We have not been the best over the years but last year we played a final and the years before that we won trophies with Ten Haag so trophies is not our problem but winning the Premier league and UCL again is and be regular UCL contender. So good luck to you all. We wish you all well but we move we will surely bounce back. All of your carriers will one day end but United will still remain beyond those times and more. It a shame to take a dig at a team that payed more than 60 million for you that you could not justify and more so you are still their player.

He should not blame anyone for the failed Man United stint but himself bcoz he was given all the opportunities to impress but failed this goes to show how weak Italian league is no wonder Italian teams aren't doing well in the Champions League.
