'Hope you enjoy Croatia with your family' - Mandzukic gifts a shirt to photographer

Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic has gifted a shirt to the photographer who got caught up in the celebrations for his winner against England.

The Bianconeri forward got a last-minute winner for Croatia against the Three Lions, and dived into the crowd to celebrate.

That led to fans surging forward and other Croatia players piling on, and photographer Yuri Cortez was slightly crushed in the melee.

He was invited to visit the Balkan state as a result, and today the Salvadorian photographer revealed both Mandzukic and Luka Modric gifted him a shirt, with the former writing “hope you enjoy Croatia with your family”.
