Joshua Kimmich wishes to have a clear position at FC Bayern. The versatile player thinks that he could bring even more consistency in his performance.
Kimmich hopes in the new year that his commute between the positions of the right full-back and of the defensive midfield at Bayern will come to an end.
"Of course that is the coach's decision where I should play." Kimmich said, in Bayern's winter training camp in Doha, "I don't care about the position, but it is important to me to get a certain consistency.”
"If you want to constantly keep your performance at the highest level, it is difficult if you change your position every one or two weeks."

This is same player who 3 years prior said he is ready to play between sticks to get game time. Now when he is recognised starter, he is always furious at others mistake ( that's ok but he should show some respect to what were in past and what they have accomplished). But still would love to have him back at RB and a CDM signing like Ndidi.

I agree with Kimmich.. Bayern must do something on this very Window Transfer. If it was up to me, I'll put him at CDM and get a RB keep Pavard and Alaba at Center and Alphonso as LB. Lucas will be back shortly but I hope this new experience can last and hold steady grounds because it has..and it wasn't planned, it's just adjustment till we get a new formula packed straight with Boateng/Javi or Pavard/Alaba or put Lucas at CB with Pavard and have Alaba and Kimmich back as WBs

Quick fact: Kimmich and Alaba are they only bayern players who have 2 fixed positions in the starting 11. If Kimmich does not play DM he plays RB and if Alaba does not play CB he plays LB every matchday
