Ibra makes Sweden return: announcement imminent

Sky Sport confirms Ibrahimovic will return to the Sweden National team with the official announcement expected tomorrow.

Reports in Sweden claimed the Milan striker was ready to return five years after ending his international career.

Sweden coach Janne Anderson met Ibrahimovic in Milan back in November.

“When Zlatan opened up for games in the national team, it felt natural and important to meet and discuss it as soon as possible. I am glad that we managed to get a meeting so quickly,” he claimed earlier in March.

Sky Sport Italia confirms tomorrow is the day of the official announcement with Ibra who will return to the Sweden National team to face Georgia, Kosovo and Estonia.

An official statement is expected to be released at 12.30 GMT.
