Ibrahimovic wins battle against Carlos Vela & Josef Martinez on scoring table

Ibrahimovic, Vela and Josef Martinez have 50 games in the MLS with the Swedish Lion getting the lead over the other two in terms of goals.

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic reaching 50 games in the MLS, the league decided to take notice on the perfect trio they have with the Swede, Carlos Vela, and Josef Martinez.

The MLS is going through a high scoring season, mostly because of this three players as Zlatan, Vela and Josef keep rewriting the US league history books with their quality and talent.

Carlos Vela is the current leader of the top-scoring table with 27 goals followed by the LA Galaxy captain who is tied with Josef Martinez with 23 goals although Ibra is placed second.

But Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Carlos Vela, and the Atlanta United striker, Josef Martinez have more in common than just being top scores, since the trio shares a number when reaching their 50th MLS game.

Zlatan has 50 games played in the MLS since he arrived in the States in the 2018 season, for a total of 55 goals, with Carlos Vela and Josef having 54 goals in 50 games played in the US league.

And with just a one goal difference, Zlatan Ibrahimovic puts to rest his case as the best player of the Major League Soccer, at least in their first 50 games in the United States.
