A former Arsenal and Manchester United star could be set for a return to Inter Milan.

Joaquin Correa is looking to leave Inter amid interest, which could lead to them bringing in another winger.

Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta confirmed that a deal could be done.

Alexis Sanchez could rejoin Inter Milan following one season at Marseille.

Sanchez is currently a free agent and is open to a return to Inter, who he played for between 2019 and 2022 before mutually terminating his contract last year.

Marotta stated that Sanchez sent Inter 'clear messages' about his desire to return to the club.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Marotta said: 'Correa wants to have more space and yes, Sanchez is keen on returning here'.

'Alexis sent us clear messages about his desire to re-join Inter, it's true'.

According to Corriere Dello Sport, Bournemouth, Torino and Real Betis are all interested in Correa.

Sanchez initially joined Inter on loan from United in 2019 before making the deal permanent in 2020.

In total he played 109 times for Inter and scored 20 goals, while he provided 23 assists.

Sanchez won the Serie A title with Inter in the 2020-21 season and won the Coppa Italia in the following season.

He previously played for Cobreloa and Udinese prior to joining Barcelona in 2011. A move to Arsenal followed in 2014 and he then signed for Manchester United in 2018.
