Inter Milan management have already seen enough from on-loan defender Manuel Akanji.
The Switzerland international joined Inter in the final days of the summer market, signing on-loan from Manchester City for the season with an option to buy.
That permanent option is set at €15m and Il Corriere dello Sport says Akanji has already convinced management to trigger his clause.
The outright transfer does become obligatory if Akanji plays 50 per cent of Inter's games this season, but management are happy to buy him even if he fails to fulfill that requirement.
Inter chief Piero Ausilio will be particularly pleased as he had a deal for Akanji set at €10m with Borussia Dortmund before City muscled their way in three years ago.
