Inter Milan vice-president Zanetti: Lautaro will be club captain

Inter Milan vice-president Javier Zanetti says Lautaro Martinez will be club captain for the new season.

The Argentina striker is due to be confirmed as club captain.

"He will very likely be, yes," said Zanetti.

“Lautaro is a very important player for us," he continued. “He's a reference point.

“We didn't sign him with an eye on the short term. We were thinking in terms of four or five years ahead."
