Could see Arsenal going in for him. Emery seems to be really interested in signing players he's worked with before and he worked with him at Sevilla. Though admittedly I have no idea what their relationship was like. 65M for a 30 year old seems ridiculous though, definitely couldn't see Arsenal paying that.

Rakatic strikes me as the type of player that makes an immediate impact because he never backs away from the pressure of a situation. That man walked into the Barcelona line up and played well in games that were very important to Barcelona. He's a a hard worker that works with the team and has good stats as a holding midfielder

Well, it's just another tactic by the players & his agents to earn him a new contract, it's because so common these days, Raiola did it for Pogba, Frankfurt is doing for Jovic, Umtiti did it, & now Rakitic, but honestly, The board cannot afford his extension at the moment, they brought Frankie, renews Busquets, renewed Valverde, they have to renew Alba & at the same time have to have to sign a New No.9. If you want to stay, we've no probs, or else, you can go to Inter.
