Inter defender Miranda is reportedly Roma’s first choice to bolster their depleted backline this month.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma are waiting to learn whether Juan Jesus will require surgery on his torn meniscus.
If so, the newspaper expects the Giallorossi to move for Miranda, who is ‘unhappy’ at losing his place in Inter’s first team.
Despite Inter having ‘no intention’ of giving up the Brazilian, a six-month loan to the Olimpico is not being ruled out.
Roma would be pursuing the 34-year-old after losing Ozan Kabak to Stuttgart and ‘not being convinced’ by West Ham United’s Angelo Ogbonna.

@lawrence n Joao Miranda!! What a classy & elegant center back! Brazil and all the clubs you've played for owe you lots of respect. But if you must go, so you must. Hats off to you for a great career.

They should let him go for the right price , and get a younger talent with his transfer , we need fresh players we lack good players to compete for any cups 😔 😔
