Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic has ‘liked’ reports on Instagram confirming Mauro Icardi has been replaced as club captain.
The Nerazzurri made an announcement on Wednesday, stating that the Argentine would no longer wear the armband, with Samir Handanovic taking on the responsibility instead.
As seen in his latest Instagram activity, Brozovic has liked three separate posts reporting on the news.
It's unclear if the Croatian international is pleased with the decision to strip Icardi of the captaincy, or if more realistically, he's perhaps glad to see a stalwart in Handanovic given it instead as he's been with the club since 2012.
